Join us for RestPoll’s second annual group meeting. It will be in Barcelona, Spain from Tuesday, 7 October until Thursday, 9 October 2025.

The planned agenda is

• Monday, 6 October – Evening get-together in Barcelona
• Tuesday, 7 October – Plenum presentation and breakout session at Hub Social in Barcelona
• Wednesday, 8 October – All-day excursion to Living Lab sites with plenum presentations at the research facility
• Thursday, 9 October – Plenum presentation and breakout session at Hub Social in Barcelona
• Friday, 10 October – Half-/full-day WP or Task Workshops (optional and organized by individual WP/Task leads). List of workshops will be distributed at a later date to sign-up for.

Tuesday through Thursday will be full days to discuss the progress of the project and plan for the remaining two years, so we ask that you arrive on Monday and leave on Friday. A detailed agenda and more information regarding travel and accommodations will be sent out in the next few weeks.
